website and other MPR websites that are linked to this site (collectively, the
"Site") and all the information, communications, software, scripting, photos,
text, video, graphics, music, sounds, images and other materials and services
found on the Site (collectively, "Content") for the use of its customers,
employees and members of the general public but only for the lawful purposes
described below.
In exchange for accessing, browsing and/or using the Site, you agree to be bound
by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You

MPR takes customer privacy very seriously. It is our policy that customer mail
or e-mail information will not be shared with third parties. MPR is committed to
protecting your privacy. We do not rent, trade or sell your personal information
to others.
You may use our Site to ask questions about
our products or services, employment opportunities, or request that someone
contact you about the potential use of our services. If you communicate with or
request information from our personnel, they will have your e-mail address as
well as whatever personal facts or other information you chose to include in
your e-mail. While MPR will generally not disclose this information to third

We record the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer when you visit our
Site. Without more, the IP address does not identify you personally, but it is
